We’re looking to find someone who wants to play a key role in delivering change. As the Customer Experience Change Manager you will work with Programme & Project Managers to ensure our industry leading projects are created effectively, but more importantly are delivered at a time & place to give the greatest impact across the business.
You’ll ensure that the scope of each project covers the necessary aspects required to deliver the products or services that will lead to the benefits across the business engaging with key stakeholders’, working collaboratively to deliver tangible outcomes.
This is a key role to ensure change management initiatives (projects) meet objectives on time and budget by increasing employee engagement and usage. The Change Manager will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structure.
We are looking to deliver change, here’s where your influencing & persuasion skills come in; you’ll be working closely with all stakeholders, managers and trade unions in the planning, delivery and review phases of projects to ensue the smooth transition from current arrangement to new & innovative ways of working. You will need to work effectively across our entire business to ensure that there is a full understanding of the change agenda.
In order to be successful in this role you will need to have an in depth understanding of people change management, Prince 2 (or equivalent) qualified would be beneficial (though not a deal breaker!) with a thorough understanding of project management. You will need to be a team player, experienced at dealing at all levels with effective influencing and negotiation skills; ability to form constructive and proactive working relationships at all levels with all stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who is able to demonstrate practical examples of translating change impacts into workable change plans and delivering those changes to achieve organisational readiness. You will be passionate about excellence in Customer Experience irrespective of its environment and able to inspire and support others to achieve and deliver the highest standards.
